Investigation Services Company (ISC) was founded in 2003 by Joel Voyles.
Mr. Voyles' experience as a Fort Worth police officer has given him many of the investigative skills needed to become a private investigator. He is also certified as an expert witness by the U.S. Federal Court in the area of counterfeit apparel and accessories and the values thereof.
The backgrounds of our investigators include information technology, computer training, security systems specialists and Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) honor's interns.
Investigation Services Company's investigators are licensed by the State of Texas Department of Public Safety.
